BOOKING & STUDIO POLICIES

All bookings must be made online at www.recloft.ca/book.
Sessions are booked in 1 hour blocks.
We accept credit cards and e-transfers.
Your booking includes access to all the awesome features and setups listed on our Features page.
Need something specific (like a certain prop or piece of gear)? Contact us to inquire about specific item availability.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete the check-in process and ensure your session starts on time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time.
You’ll get all the entry details ahead of time, including a handy video guide.
Upon arrival, you'll have a simple self check-in and check-out process. We'll provide you with the padlock code for easy entry
At the end of your session, we kindly ask for a quick video walkthrough of the space. Once everything is confirmed to be in order, your security deposit will be promptly refunded.
In the event that any damages or issues are discovered after your session, we reserve the right to charge for any necessary repairs or replacements.

Need more time? Just ask. If the space is free, we’ll extend your session at the regular rate.
Staying beyond your scheduled end time without prior approval will incur a fee of $20 for every additional 15 minutes, deducted from your security deposit.

Strictly No Inappropriate Content
Absolutely no explicit, violent, racist, or discriminatory content is allowed on the premises.
No Smoking, Vaping, or Drug Use Indoors
Any use of tobacco, vaping devices, or drugs inside the space will result in immediate termination of your session and evacuation without a refund.
Shoes Off Policy
Outdoor footwear must be removed at the door. Feel free to bring indoor shoes or use the complimentary shoe covers provided.
Security Cameras
For your safety, 24/7 security cameras are active in all common areas. (Rest assured, no cameras in private areas.)
Guest Limit
The space has a max capacity of 8 guests.

Leave it as you found it
Please return the space in its original condition. That includes putting furniture, props, and decor back where they were.
Messes & Spills
If the space is left excessively dirty or there are spills or damages, a cleaning or repair fee may apply, depending on the situation.
Serious Damage
Any major damage beyond normal use will be billed accordingly if it exceeds the security deposit.
Prohibited Items
For safety and cleanliness, no pets, glitter, body paint, body oils, open flames, smoke bombs, or fog machines are allowed.

Please be mindful of neighboring businesses and keep noise at a respectful level.

Need to move your session? No problem. Reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Email us at info@recloft.com to make changes (based on availability).
Cancellations are non-refundable, but you can use your one-time reschedule if it's within the timeframe.
No-shows and late arrivals don’t qualify for refunds or reschedules. Thanks for understanding.
